Trust me, I've tried! We talk to a lot of people that want to eat healthy and the internet is filled with diet plans, recipe plans, and other information but who has time to do all that research? There are a lot of programs out there but what if you could learn what to eat by using delicious whole foods?

Alvin CrossFit is proud to offer you a nutrition program so you can FINALLY get a handle on good nutrition!

No shakes, pills or gimmicks. If you stick to this program, you WILL look better, feel better & perform better throughout the day. Imagine the confidence you could have walking into the grocery store or a restaurant knowing exactly what you should eat to not only feel great but look great too!

6 Week Deluxe Nutrition Package

The 6 week package is intended for individuals who want a specific plan to target their goals and who also feel they need additional accountability and the support of a caring professional throughout their transformation. This program offers clients the opportunity to receive an individualized plan, based on body fat calculations and lean body mass, tailored specifically to the needs of the individual. It also includes weekly 15 minute consultations with the Nutrition Coach to review progress and redo half-way point measurements. When you've completed your customized month, you can transition to ANY our our lower-tiered packages!

4 Week Customized Nutrition Package

This package is our best value & it's intended for folks who want a specific plan, custom-tailored to meet their goals: weight loss, weight gain or to improve performance in their sport. This program offers clients the opportunity to receive an individualized plan, based on body fat calculations and lean body mass, tailored specifically to your needs. It includes a pre- and post- consultations to assess goals and follow-up to create lasting success! When you've completed your customized month, you can stick with the plan to further dial in your nutrition needs or (most popular) you can transition to our On-going Maintenance Program.

Basic Nutrition Package

This is our Nutrition 101 and it’s intended for people who just want an easy, general outline of what to eat that will produce great results. This program is designed to teach general nutrition, providing a simple approach to understanding how different elements, like macro- and micro-nutrients, play a vital role in meeting individual goals. This package will also include help with the best time of day to eat for your activity level.

Maintenance Program

Moving into your Maintenance Phase, stay accountable with monthly visits to the Nutrition Coach. This option is available after having completed a customized plan. You’ll receive email access to the nutrition coach and a 20 min consult each month to tweak your program as needed. We’ll also be happy to provide you with monthly re-measurements & body fat calculations.
