Who are we?

We’re a tight-knit group of coaches & members that help everyone, regardless of their fitness experience, by providing the support structure necessary for success. Did you know that over 70% of our members are ladies!?


We truly believe we're out here saving lives! We are fuel to your fire. We are the path from where you are, to where you want to be. We are so much more than fitness! We breed happiness, confidence, good times and also a whole lot of fitness... and we have fun doing it! Our goal is to help you, not just turn you loose into an pasture of equipment with no guidance. 

Do I need to be in shape to try CrossFit?

Do I need to be in shape?

NO! If you can move, you can do CrossFit. In fact, that's what CrossFit is all about... Functional Movement! The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect program for anyone regardless of past exercise experience or current fitness. In other words, you don't need to get in shape to do CrossFit. That's why we created CrossFit 101 for Beginners course!

We'll modify the movements, weights or workout duration to meet you at your current fitness level. When you come in, you'll see all types of bodies, all working together towards their individual goals.

This is a common question for the ladies. The quick answer is NO! To look like a shredded Hulk of a female fitness competitor you have to train specifically for that look, as well as control your food intake to the Nth degree.

In a nutshell, we're going to get you moving again! CrossFit incorporates exercises that mimic movement patters that you use in everyday life. This is what we refer to as, "Functional Fitness".

To remain independent throughout life you will need the ability to sit down, stand up, pick up things off the ground, carry objects (including kids) and we're going to help you build a body that will enable you to do all these things & much more! One of the things we're most proud of is when our athletes reduce their dependency on prescription medications.

It’s like being on a team made up of people from all walks of life, at every fitness level. Plus, it’s fun!

Every day we'll give you a different workout.  We'll show you HOW to warm-up and we'll coach you HOW to exercise. NO MORE GUESSWORK!  It's like getting a Personal Trainer in a group environment.  We don't just release you into a pasture of equipment and say, "Have at it!". NO!  That won't do at all!

Our gym is built to proactively help members reach their goals.

When $20 a month results are no longer acceptable, it's time to try something else.
 

  • We create the warmups and the workouts (programming) and you provide the effort! You don't have to know how to work out to achieve results, we'll show you!

  • You are coached from the moment you come in the door until the moment you leave.

  • We will modify your workout to meet you at your current fitness level, even if you're coming off the couch!

  • Our coaches take an active role in your life beyond the gym. We keep in regular contact with our athletes and encourage them to keep investing in their fitness health!

  • We build camaraderie by working out with the same group of people. No one comes in with their headphones on and their heads buried in Facebook. We interact with each other, we share our CrossFit knowledge with each other, we make friends that hold us accountable and although we do the work individually, we encourage each other collectively.

  • Pathfinder Goal Setting Sessions- Quarterly Review

  • Build-a-Body Program, powered by The Level Method, helps define & develop complete fitness.

  • You get a knowledgeable Coach to show you how to do things properly and most importantly, safely so that you can come back day after day to achieve your fitness goals.

  • Preventative maintenance on your body is just as important as preventative maintenance on your vehicle so the value of a healthy body is immeasurable compared to the long-term, rising cost of health care.

Drop in policy

What is your drop-in policy?

We love having visiting CrossFitters come to our facility! Our Drop-in rate is $20 per WOD or $45 per week (unlimited drop ins). Just let us know ahead of time that you're dropping by and one of our fantastic coaches will be happy to show you around! ... and don't forget to commemorate your visit by picking up one of our awesome T-shirts, tank tops, Bondi Bands or beanie! We also stock a thorough line of Driven Nutrition supplements in case you forgot yours at home!
