How long have you been doing CrossFit and what was your athletic background before CF, if any?

Is CrossFit different from what you thought it was before you came in? How so?
Yes it was very different from what I expected. It was different because I was use to having to work out by myself with no feedback. I love it because you get so much support and workout together as a group. -
How does CrossFit compare to any other training you’ve done?
It’s more rigorous, engaging and it challenges you! -
Why did you start?
I wanted to challenge myself to work out to a higher level that would transform my body. -
Why do you keep coming back?
The people are very supportive and they want you to be successful at each workout session. -
What are your biggest accomplishment(s) or what are you most proud of?
My upper body strength and stamina has greatly improved. -
What is your favorite CrossFit movement?
Deadlifts, pull-ups. -
What is your favorite healthy meal?
My favorite meal is grilled catfish and seasoned veggies. -
What do you enjoy doing away from the box or tell us something else about yourself?
I love traveling, going to the movies, and spending time with family -
