December Nutrition Tip - Week 4: Five Steps to Achieve Your 2017 Weight Loss Goals

Hands down, the #1 New Year’s Resolution is to lose weight. Is that yours? How about this year we actually accomplish that goal by taking your weight loss New Year’s Resolution a step further.

  1. Set Realistic Goals. Don't know what's realistic? We can help!

  2. Prep For Success. Meal prepping is one of the single most important things you can do to stay on track. Having good food ready to heat up makes the cooking week SO much easier!

  3. Have an accountability system in place. Logging your food and having someone to “answer to” helps you more likely to stay on track.

  4. Track Your Progress. Take measurements, pictures & try using a free app like My Fitness Pal!

  5. Revise Your Plan. As you achieve your goals, set new ones!
