Gordon Street Tavern and Alvin CrossFit Team up for Healthy Eats!

Good Nutrition is simple. It's not easy but it is relatively simple, at least when we make our own meals but what about when we want to pull up a chair to enjoy a meal out with friends & family? How can we know we're getting a meal that helps us stay on our nutrition plan without having to worry about the details. Well, we've been working on a solution! As an extension of our Nutrition Coaching Program, we've partnered with one of our favorite local restaurants to provide not only our athletes healthy options when eating out, but the entire community... cause good nutrition is important for everyone!

Alvin CrossFit is happy to announce that we've teamed up with our good friend Henry over at Gordon Street Tavern to offer you some healthy (and delicious) menu items that you can enjoy guilt free!

Our Registered Dietician (RD), Nicole Aucoin has reviewed the menu at Gordon Street Tavern and has approved several of their offerings as healthy options and we've made it easy to ID these items on their menu! Gordon Street Tavern went live with the new menu on Wednesday, Feb. 8th so hop on over and enjoy a fantastic meal this weekend and tell Henry thanks for offering these great options. Just check out the new menus below!

If you don't know Henry (the owner) he's a really nice guy and I couldn't be more pleased to partner with another great local small business owner. In fact, did you know Gordon Street Tavern was recently named Small Business of the Year by the Alvin-Manvel Area Chamber of Commerce!

Gordon Street Tavern is just the 1st business we've reached out to and we're looking forward to partnering with a few more local eateries! If you're a restaurant owner or manager and would like information on how we can help you like we helped Henry, we'd love to speak with you... just give us a call!
