Are you HANGRY? May Nutrition Tips- Week 2

Starving yourself and skipping meals is absolutely, hands down, bar none, the worst way to lose weight! Lot's of bad things happen when you try this, including losing lean muscle as your body burns it off first AND just as important, you rob yourself of important nutrients and you fool your body into storing MORE fat (since it's not sure when it'll be fed again). Be consistent & don’t skip a meal!

Did you know?

Skipping a meal will likely cause you to over eat later in the day and tends to lead to weight gain over time! Try eating small portions every three hours to avoid overeating.


Bring snacks with you or set a timer to remind yourself it’s time for a meal or snack.
