It's OK to Pass on Seconds



Whenever we're eating in a social situation, there can be a lot of temptation to eat more than we should. Just because someone offers you a second helping doesn't mean you have to accept. Tell 'em you don't know how many burpees you'd have to do to erase that second serving and since more than 1 burpee is too many anyway, it's just not worth it... and remember, it's a BBQ. There's no law that says you can't go get another rib or another slice of perfectly smoked brisket if you want something else to eat!

Enjoy the social aspect of a summer BBQ and spend quality time with family and friends. We just don't want you to derail all the hard work you've put in from a moment of temptation!
