What is CrossFit 101 and How Does it Work? The CrossFit 101 for Beginners Class is Mandatory for all new athletes. It's five, 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions where people that are new to our facility are taught the basics of of exercise and nutrition... and you'll walk away having done some really unique workouts! During the one-hour sessions you will be working with a certified coach who will gradually introduce you to our movement curriculum in a 1-on-1 setting. Movement techniques will be taught as well as an introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. You'll then perform a workout involving the movements you were taught during that session and previous sessions. The session will end with a Topic of the Day. This is an opportunity for us to share some basic exercise and nutrition knowledge with you to help you succeed. It's also a great Q&A session!
